Everything you might want to know about the writing, the archive, and how to stay connected.
Dark fiction, horror, gothic tales, psychological suspense, poetry, and creative nonfiction. I write about the things we don't talk about at dinner parties — grief, desire, the strange logic of dreams, the violence of memory. If it is uncomfortable, raw, and refuses to resolve neatly, it belongs here.
Yes. Every piece on this site is free and publicly available. There are no paywalls, no memberships, and no subscriptions required to access the full text of any writing. The newsletter is also free — it simply delivers new work to your inbox when it is published.
New pieces are published irregularly, which is to say: when they are ready. I do not force a schedule. Some months may bring several pieces; other months may bring silence. The newsletter is the best way to know immediately when something new appears.
This is a personal archive of my own work, not a literary magazine or open submission platform. I do not accept outside submissions. However, I am open to thoughtful collaboration, joint projects, or co-writing under the right circumstances. Reach out through the contact page if you have something specific in mind.
Not at this time. All writing lives here, online. I have considered compiling select pieces into a collection in the future, but there is no timeline for that. If it happens, newsletter subscribers will be the first to know.
You are welcome to share links to any piece. If you quote an excerpt, please keep it brief and credit the author and this site. Full reproduction, republishing, or commercial use requires written permission. Contact me if you are unsure.
Series are long-form narratives that unfold across multiple connected pieces. Each installment can stand alone, but together they form a larger arc. Series are labeled clearly, and each piece includes navigation to the previous and next installment so you can follow the thread in order.
I do not offer formal editing services or writing coaching at this time. If you are a writer looking for community and craft resources, I recommend seeking out local workshops, online writing communities, or MFA programs that fit your goals and budget.
The contact page on this site is the best way to reach me. I read every message. Response times vary — sometimes within days, sometimes longer — but I do reply. If your message is urgent or time-sensitive, please say so in the subject line.
I believe the demand that writing be comfortable is a demand that it be useless. I write to unsettle, to excavate, to hold up the parts of life that are usually kept in shadow. Beauty and horror are not opposites. They are neighbors. My work lives in the space between them.
